With an unmatched location on Elliott Bay in downtown Seattle, this elegant structure holds 345 guest rooms, a ballroom, two kitchens, meeting rooms, and upscale restaurants on eight floors with glorious views of mountains and water. The owner and project management firm trusted J | F to address problems with the design as drawn, and brought them onto the team at the beginning of construction. Working closely together, the contractor, project management firm, and J | F addressed a host of complex issues and still completed the hotel on schedule.
